  • All tours are subject to refund. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. For groups of 12 or more a 30 day cancellation policy is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Guests who fail to show up for their scheduled tour without notice will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. For all refunds and cancellations, a 3% credit card surcharge will apply which we cannot reclaim.
